Registration deadlinesOpening date of online registration site: June 1, 2012 The Conference office would request participants to register by September 21, 2012 On-site registration may be available only if room is left. Registration feeRegistration fees for Participant/Author include the costs of the registration kit, Colloquium proceedings, coffee/tea provided during the technical sessions, Welcome Reception on October 10, 2012, the Official Dinner on October 12, and the Technical Visits on October 13, 2012. Registration fees for Accompanying person include the costs of Welcome Reception on October 10, 2012, the Official Dinner on October 12, and the Technical Visits on October 13, 2012. Registration fees for Student include the costs of the registration kit, Colloquium proceedings, coffee/tea provided during the technical sessions.
Participants are responsible for the reservations of lodging. Payment method of registration feeAll attendees are required to register for the 2012 CIGRE SC C4 and to pay the relevant fees for participation in the conference. Please pay your fee in cash and pick up your registration kit at the registration desk. ATTENTION: Only Japanese Yen in cash is accepted at the registration desk. Foreign currencies, Credit Cards or T/C are not acceptable. Please exchange your currency for Japanese Yen beforehand at airport, hotel, bank, or money changer.
